Unimarin Maritime Signs 6-Vessel BWTS Agreement

Unimarin Maritime signed a 6-vessel Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) agreement on September 3, 2020. Under the agreement, the delivery and installation process for bulk carriers will begin on specified dates.

First, the delivery and installation of the MV CELIK 1 vessel will take place on April 30, 2021. The delivery and installation for the MV TEVFIK BEY vessel is planned to start on October 20, 2021.

For the other vessels, the work will extend into 2022. The BWTS delivery and installation for the MV SELAM, MV HIZIR, MV MEHMET BEY, and MV MEHMET AGA vessels will be completed in 2022.
