On October 2, 2023, NPR Group have merged to establish NPR-RIKEN CORPORATION with Riken Corporation, our fellow marine engine parts manufacturer, together with whom we have supported the world's motorization through improving each other as a competitor.

From now on, the two companies will unite to combine our technology, corporate culture, and climate which we have cultivated over the years and continue to pursue innovation and take on challenges in order to achieve NPR-RIKEN's group philosophy, "Build the competencies and capabilities to sustain our present and future.

We, as a member of NPR-RIKEN Corporation group, aim to become a company group needed by society, and to create comfortable work environment for every employee. Furthermore, we shall make full use of our core technologies that we have nurtured in our 90 years of manufacturing history, thus continuing to provide new high-value-added products and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
